Citymapper: All Live Transit アプリのレビュー

地下鉄、バス、自転車を網羅しており、行き先と出発点を設定すれば交通手段別に表示。地図でピンドロップができる、郵便番号で検索できる、お気に入りを登録できるなど完成度が高い。三種類ほどロンドンの交通網のアプリを使ったが、これが最も使いやすい。

まさに神アプリ。旅の必需品。 これさえあればどこへでも行ける。 めっちゃ心強い！ 作ってくれた人、天才！！！

ロンドン市内で今まで使えてたのに、新しくなってから一切のルート案内ができない。依存してただけに大問題。 再ダウンロードしても無理。至急修正願う。

イギリス留学中とてもお世話になりました。まさか日本語に対応するとは(^-^)！

2015年6月、旅行先のパリで市内移動に大変に助かりました。移動時間、交通手段、徒歩時間、正確です。他の都市でも使いたい。

ロンドン観光時に、バスでサクサクと移動できて最高でした！ しかもオフラインでも使えるので、ローカルSIMを手に入れて無くても大丈夫なところが、旅行者にとって強い味方でした^ ^

駅名もヒットしないけど？

ロンドンに滞在中、このアプリのお世話になりっぱなしでした。 バスも地下鉄もリアルタイム表示、観光地だけでなく大抵のレストランやショップへの最短ルートが分かるので、旅行者でも地図を持たずに移動できました。 ロンドンからパリへ出掛けた時も、アプリが位置を判断してパリの地図に変更してくれる便利さ！ かゆいところに手が届くのに、直感で操作できる簡易性も素晴らしい。 東京版はまだベータ版なので実用的とは言い難いですが、おそらくこの世界一複雑な交通網を制覇したら、本当の意味での「神アプリ」になるのではないでしょうか。 東京版の完全版リリースを期待しています！

Googleなどと協業していると書いてある通り、地図がとても見やすいです。 直感的にここに行きたいという曖昧な要求に応えてくれます。 カーナビみたいなところがいい。

羽田空港の最寄り駅はJR蒲田。β版にしても酷すぎる。

友人宅から、希望の場所までのバスの乗り方や、地下鉄の路線が全て出て迷うことなく着くことが出来ました。地下鉄に関しては時間のズレがあるものの、バスは何分後に到着…と、予定通り。バス停までの地図も出てとても便利でした！

ロンドンとパリで使用しました。地下鉄とバスの乗り継ぎなど最適なルートを検索できます。自分が今どの駅の間にいるかもわかり、乗り過ごしなく効率的に旅行できました。

神アプリ過ぎます。駐在妻でシンガポールに来て一ヶ月。このアプリのおかげで何処にでも行けるようになりました。方向音痴でもめっちゃ分かり易いので有難い！！！バスも日本より遥かに難しいシンガポール。でもこれさえあれば大丈夫！毎日使ってます！日本語で分かり易い。 今後ベトナムに行くので【ホーチミン】を是非是非！！いや本気で入れて欲しいと夫婦で説に願ってます。いつも助かってます。本当に有難うございます。作った方に感謝です（≧∇≦）

凄く良いです使いやすい

ワーホリ時、このアプリのおかげでロンドン生活は充実しました。本当に感謝しています。そして日本版まで出してくれたことに感動しました。ですがそのせっかくのCitymapperも日本では力を発揮出来ていないことが残念です。まごう事なき天才達によって創られた、こんな素敵なアプリがいつまでもβ版なのは本当にもったいないので日本の鉄道事業者の方々、至急ご対応願います。

フランス在住の者ですが、メトロやトラムの情報だけでなく、市内のレンタサイクルの空き具合まで見ることができるので助かります。

100% failed terrible routes that dont actually work

Does not scale on iPad , waste of subscription

Una app que realmente vale la pena, la vi en una recomendación en insta y al llegar a Madrid la descargué y me ha ido super con ella

says it does voice navigation but does so maybe 5% of the time if I’m lucky, so extremely annoying when trying to navigate somewhere without being lost. it’s a crucial feature for visually impaired and/or disabled people which is an ADA violation and unethical especially if you are advertising you do so, and especially if you are charging people to use that feature. ableist and disappointing

This so is so helpful. I’m travel internationally a decent amount and it has by far the best and most accurate mapping.

Still discovering new features. The calories-and-CO2 saved stat is nice!

Routing works really well but for some reason the widgets are broken now. 😅

Saw this app suggested on a YouTube video, downloaded it. Thought it would notify me on my watch to turn left or right, just like Apple Maps. It did not. Too bad

Just had my bus pass me three different times according to the app. It shows the tracking for the bus and I watched it pass me multiple times on the app with no actual bus on the road. Don’t trust it.

Just deleted your app. It’s the Gulf of Mexico. You can keep your app until you label things correctly. There are plenty of other apps. Or should I say, there are plenty of fish in the GULF OF MEXICO

The Citymapper on the Apple Watch is terrible, and doesn’t work at all. Sometime I was able to plan my trip right from my watch, but mostly it doesn’t work on a regular basis. Also when I check the subway and bus near by, it doesn’t show you all the bus or train that you can use. PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP. So Far I will not not give back the 5 star until you fix this problem. The app on the iPhone location is also inaccurate as well even though I turn on allowing accurate location no precise location as well. So the schedule will not be accurate at all. Overall this app should only get one star

I love this app because it allows me to focus on what I want. If I want to take the subway, it allows me to focus entirely on the subway and filter out distractions. It also allows me to superimpose the streets in detail which is hard to find in an interactive New York subway map. That is a key feature when dealing with Manhattan. It also tells you which side of the subway platform is best for your journey. And so far, I have found the arrival and departure times accurate.

My roommate introduced me to this app when I was living in Brooklyn back in 2021. It’s the easiest to understand and the most accurate. Whether a local or a tourist, I’d hardcore recommend this app.

I appreciate this App. It talks to me. It lets me know step by step. My first time using it. Thankful for it.

This is the only way I am able to get around NYC. Downloaded it when I moved here back in 2020 and use it every time I leave my apartment. Perfect app to use as a visually impaired person 💜

They respond to negative reviews here asking people to email them for feedback/help, but then they don’t ever acknowledge or respond to the email complaints. So overall a decent app, but believe all the negative reviews on here — they are real and they won’t do anything about it.

No other word to describe but this is the “BEST” map for all so far. Thank you so much, CityMapper. You are helping people navigate the world with less anxiety and worries 🙏🙏🙏

I've been on time or early since planning my travel using citymapper. The only thing that isn't always accurate is where to sit on the train to be closest to your exit. Other than that the app is great. I'd give it a 4.5 rating if I could

Love how it’s multimodal I’ve had this app since before 2017 and I highly recommend it to everyone. I first downloaded it in Pittsburgh and have been always pleased when it works in other locations like NYC, SF, LA, Taipei, Seoul, Mexico City!

Good for trains but the map for walking is highly inaccurate and constantly changes

I'm a New Yorker that uses subways mostly. This app gives best options for public transportation routes and is accurate!

It takes you step by step from point A to point B, C and D.

Thank you Citymapper for helping me navigate London, Chelmsford, Glasgow and Edinburgh. It was so convenient to use Citymapper to get anywhere I needed to go!

Needs better GPS. Inaccurate location, train schedule, & commute time.

This is a great app for English speakers. Google maps doesn’t work here and NAVER isn’t user friendly for English speakers.

It show me always unreal timing of trains not efficient and not accurate in giving train times.

Easy to use and gives good information. I just started using it in Paris and found it very helpful.

I’ve used this app all across Italy in various cities. It’s excellent because it not only gives walking directions but it also gives options of public transit (and tells you which lines of buses, trams, or trains to take), or taxis or uber (and tells you about how much it will cost) and it also tells you the total time each option will take accessing the public transit timetables to factor in when the next bus/tram/train will arrive! You can also input all the places you want to go in a city beforehand and label them as you choose so when you want directions on the spot you can choose to get directions from “The hotel” to “The basilica” or “The concert” or wherever else you want to go. Really makes things easy. Then when you are on the public transit, it buzzes your phone to remind you to get off at the next stop! It’s really user friendly and really useful. I highly recommend it!

This app is essential for travel. Our flight attendant recommended City Mapper. It guided us through the public transportation and gave step by step directions all through London and Paris during our stay. It gives access to every form of transportation, all in one place. It allows you to order Ubers, right from the app. We knew nothing about the public transportation system and were able to move around effortlessly because of this app. 10/10 recommend!!

It doesn't always recognize Metro alerts that change route.
